Espacio Launches as a Hispanic-Owned Creative Hub Redefining Brand Narratives

At Tiempo Company, we’ve always understood the importance of time—how every moment shapes our narratives and our cultura. But time doesn’t exist on its own; it bends, stretches, and warps with space. This challenges how we typically think about time and space, showing us that these ideas are way more fluid and dependent on the observer. Together, they create an interconnected web of endless possibilities.

Conceived by childhood friends Marcos Marin, Winston Peraza, Manuel Oliver, and Javier Marin—who reunited after years of individual success in media, design, activism, and entrepreneurship— came together to create something new. Today, we proudly announce the launch of Espacio, a creative communications hub where traditional agency boundaries no longer apply.

In this space-time of endless possibilities, the childhood versions of the founders are asking their adult selves how their old dreams evolved into the reality of Espacio:

Q: Hey, how did you turn our childhood dreams into something real like Espacio?

Winston: As kids, we always talked about joining forces to create something different and meaningful. We’ve combined our individual experiences to build Espacio, a space where we can shake things up and bring brands to where culture happens—on the streets, in real conversations, and at the heart of everyday life.

Q: What did you learn from us?

Marcos: We learned valuable lessons that define our core values at Espacio: Familia, Calle, and Talento. Familia focuses on building relationships based on trust and respect, Calle represents our street-smart approach—connecting brands with the real, everyday lives of their audiences—and Talento fuels our creativity, ensuring our work resonates on a deeper level and leaves a lasting impact.

Q: Who are you guys now?

Javier: Each of us brings a wealth of experience from different corners of the creative and business worlds. Marcos has led major consultancy and agency teams; Winston has a track record of founding successful agencies and building large brand ecosystems for government, retail brands, nonprofits, and cultural institutions; Manuel is known for his fearless, award-winning activism and impact-driven work; and I combine my entrepreneurial spirit with a deep understanding of media’s role in reaching diverse audiences.

Q: What's next?

Manuel: Everything. Everywhere. All at once. We love that movie. As a creative hub, Espacio is ready to work with any brand or organization looking to build meaningful cultural connections, regardless of the audience’s background.
